I have spent a couple hours attempting to download, install and run EMDS 4.1 (both integrated and stand-alone) on desktop ArcGIS 9.2.

The downloads work. Then when the files are extracted (loaded) onto my machine, I notice a lot of files w/reference to "9.3".  When I click "yes" to "do you want to run EMDS now", the screen disappears and nothing else happens. If I uninstall the integrated version, and then install "stand alone", this time the window appears which says "EMDS encountered a problems and must close down".  Is it possible that the supposed 9.2 links are actually for 9.3?  Since I don't have 9.3, can someone let me know if 9.3 link is working?
