This is the most current version of EMDS (3.1). This version is fully compatible with ArcGIS 9.0 and compatible with ArcGIS 9.1 with some known bugs.
This install includes student versions of both NetWeaver and Criterium DecisionPlus 3.0 (CDP 3.0). These versions contain various levels of "Annoyanceware". The full versions may be purchased through the student versions after the installation.
The download is a self-extracting zip archive that installs to the root directory. The top-level folder is named CD. Run setup.exe in this folder to install. You can delete the CD install folder after the installation completes successfully
