Howdy All, I am using Windows NT, SP 6A, with ArcGIS 8.3, SP 3, with all of the latest security updates and software updates. I have installed EMDS 3.0.2 as well as the accompanying NetWeaver and CDP software. The installation went well. In a nutshell, my computer started randomly locking up. My computer has never locked up like this before. It requires a hard reboot, since the <CNTL> <ALT> <DELETE> key strokes will not even bring up the task manager screen. I have talked to Dell and ESRI and their general comments were to uninstall EMDS since it seemed to be the new software causing the problems. I have uninstalled EMDS and my computer is now running just fine again. Any hints or ideas? Thanks, Jerry Heilman
