EMDS 3.2 beta should be available shortly. I am hoping by March 9. As many of you are probably aware, we had hoped to have version 3.2 out by late October or early November. Part of the delay was due to a belated decision to get a version out that worked with both ArcGIS 9.1 and 9.2. Then the holidays arrived, and all manner of other logistical complications got in the way. BUT, we are nearly there.
As to your question about emds 3.1 and ArcGIS 9.2. Basically, emds 3.1 does not work with either 9.1 or 9.2. More correctly, it does not work well enough. In the case of 9.1, for example, the basic functionality is there (you can still generate maps of truth values), but the hotlink browser tool will not launch when you click on a map feature.
