EMDS Support

A new beta version of EMDS 3.0 is now available on the EMDS website
download page. This version features a full install program, and the
install is now fully compatible with Windows XP (in addition to
Windows 2000).

If you have already installed the alpha version, be sure to run the
_unregister.bat file in the toplevel folder of the alpha install
before installing the beta.
